| I am requesting prayers for my niece, Sarah, who is suffering with depression. Also, prayers for my mother, Theresa. She is suffering from Alzheimer's and I believe depression. She has lost three sons. Her youngest child, my brother, commited suicide and she found him dead in his room. My other brothers' deaths were also tragic. Please pray for my father, Ernest. It is getting difficut for him to care for my mother and suffers with health problems of his own. Thank you and God bless! |

I have a double prayer request related to one of our parish school families. The family is involved in a challenging time in a family court case. Please pray for the Lord's blessing and guidance on all involved so that each of the various elements will be appropriately resolved in a "timely" manner and also that the Lord's peace will fill the heart of Renee, the mother (she is really torn with anguish).
The family has four children in the school, but their status for next school year has not been resolved. Please pray that, God willing, the financial and other matters will be taken a care of and that the children will be able to attend the school next year.

| My best friend just ended our friendship, severing all ties. A former alcoholic who has had some bad emotional times, he is now recovering from them. I’ve been supportive, but had some recent difficulty myself, and relied on him too much without thinking of his situation. Affected deeply, he abruptly ended things. We’ve always said God brought us together to help each other along our rocky paths and we’ve had a blessed and healthy friendship until now. I pray we find a way back to the love and shared faith we once had. Please pray for the healing and reconciliation of Jeremy and Ben. I miss my friend so much. |
